The Range Road 60 series sawmills are an ideal choice for those looking for a reliable sawmill with some significant upgrades. With four different size options to choose from – 22”, 26”, 32”, and 36” – you’re sure to find a model that meets your needs. The 60 Series sawmills feature a rear cross support that strengthens the saw head carriage, making it more durable. The 26”, 32”, and 36” 60 series sawmills provide you with wider and deeper cuts than the 50 Series sawmills, and adjustable blade guides for greater precision. Each 60 Series sawmill is capable of cutting veneers up to 8” slabs and 10’ lengths, except for the 22” model which can cut up to 6.875” slabs.
Thanks to the nylon inserts on the sawmill head posts, you can quickly adjust your cutting depth without any hassle, saving you time in between cuts. The adjustable push handle and redesigned throttle allows for a more ergonomic fit, making the sawing experience more comfortable.
The Range Road 60 series sawmills offer a range of accessory options, including extensions, electric powerheads, and trailer packages. The 36” 60 series sawmill is equipped with redesigned heavy-duty tracks and wider bunks and comes standard with the optional electric powerhead for added convenience when adjusting your cutting depth.

The RR6022 is equipped with a 10Hp RATO or 10Hp Briggs & Stratton recoil start engine, delivering dependable power for consistent milling performance. Built with a durable 4-post saw head structure and reinforced by a rear cross support, this design improves overall rigidity and stability while cutting.
The saw head carriage rides on grooved roller wheels with sealed bearings, allowing the head to travel smoothly along the track. These sealed bearings help reduce vibration-related wear and tear, improving precision, performance, and long-term durability.
The manual feed saw head features an adjustable push handle and ergonomic throttle control, giving operators full control during cutting while promoting safe operation. A centrifugal clutch blade engagement system, driven by a belt, ensures efficient power transfer from the engine to the saw blade for smooth, reliable cutting performance.
Cutting depth is easily adjusted using the hand-crank lifting mechanism on the saw head. This system allows precise control over slab thickness, making it easy to produce lumber to the exact dimensions required for your project.
For added stability and accuracy, the RR6022A also includes an adjustable log clamp to hold logs securely in place during the milling process, ensuring consistent and precise lumber production.
