Warranty Registration
Range Road provides a 1 year consumer parts warranty on all of our equipment. Accessories of these core products are not included in this warranty. The commencement date of this warranty is the date of purchase and receipt of the complete warranty registration, warranty extends to the original purchaser only. This parts only warranty, warrants that the equipment will be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and/or workmanship. Product accessories are excluded from this warranty. Processor’s with over 50 hours per year are considered commercial use.

Remedy
The remedy for this warranty is that Range Road will at its discretion provide replacement or repair parts to the original purchaser. This is a parts only warranty and excludes labour and/or other costs associated with replacing parts. Range Road reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions. Range Road will ship repair/replacement parts by our choice of carrier. Express shipping options may be available in certain regions and at an extra cost to the customer. Photos, videos or the shipping of defective parts to Range Road may be required for proper root cause and replacement. Warranty is facilitated by the original Range Road dealer of purchase.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, commercial or rental use, after-market modification or damages that occur from negligence, items that would normally be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear, misuse or use not in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions or the products intended uses. Range Road will at its discretion make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility. In no event shall Range Road be liable for death, personal or property injury, or damages arising from the use of its products.
Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non transferable.
Warranty Parts
Range Road does its best to stock all parts, but in rare cases, parts may need to be ordered in and the customer will be notified upon arrival of required parts. Range Road will not be liable for any damages associated with the unavailability of parts.
Warranty Exclusions
Wear items including, but not limited to belts, bearings, blades, blade guides, hoses, drive sprockets, clutches, chainsaw chains, chainsaw bars, engine couplings, cables, grinding teeth and tires are excluded from this warranty. Engines are not included within the Range Road warranty.
Warranty Cancellation
Unauthorized modification voids the warranty, including but not limited to, welding, engine modification, pump and hydraulic system modification. The warranty is void if the user violates the assembly and/or operating & maintenance instructions.
Consequential Losses
Range Road shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, arising directly or indirectly from the product, whether such claim is based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or any other legal theory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Range Road specifically disclaims any damages relating to (i) lost profits, business, revenues or goodwill; (ii) any expense or loss incurred for labour, supplies, substitute machinery or rental; or (iii) any other type of damage to property or economic loss. Range Road Enterprises Ltd. does not issue credits or refunds on products purchased directly from a distributor or dealer.
Engine Warranty
Engines are covered by the manufacturer of the engine and covered by the warranty period specified by that manufacturer. All engine repairs, service and part replacements cannot and will not be done by Range Road. The engine or complete piece of equipment must be taken to your local engine dealer to receive warranty consideration.
Return Policy
Please contact us if you have an issue with something. If you find your product purchase unsatisfactory, you have the option to return it in its original, unopened packaging for a refund with prior approval by Range-Road Enterprises Ltd. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date, with shipping costs to and from the customer deemed non-refundable. The return shipping expense will be subtracted from your refund. Regrettably, used items are ineligible for refunds. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed if 30 days have passed since the purchase. Discontinued items and items noted ‘Final Sale’ are not returnable. Kindly reach out to us to initiate the return process if your purchase meets the noted guidelines.
Freight & Parcel Deliveries
Upon acceptance by the carrier, they assume responsibility for the order’s safe arrival. On delivery, all shipments should be inspected for damaged condition, apparent or concealed. All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading when accepted by the consignee (that means by you the customer). And a damage claim must be submitted to the carrier. The carrier must be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If the consignee (customer) chooses not to inspect for damage, apparent or concealed upon delivery, the consignee (the customer) accepts complete responsibility for any damage, apparent or concealed. Range Road Enterprises Ltd cannot and will not be held responsible for damage during transit.
